Upon moving in with Julie in 2009 I pared my CDs way down to a no-filler (severely so) core. I love my CDs and buy a new one every month or two and I admit it pained me to see you sell yours!
I have about a hundred that i keep permanently within reach near the stereo, dominated by Dead and jazz archival releases, but also with numerous random single CDs.
I have a few hundred more in the basement that i keep there bc of our tiny living space. But i reached a point where there are NO CDs I have that i'd want to sell, or not own. I'm at a perfect Marie Kondo point.
